While we were happy with coldwell bankers to accomodate our last minute reservation request, we were extremely unhappy with the property we were placed in. The rooms were felty. The furnitures used in the living room must have been brought from some Thrift Store, real disgustingly Felty. I called coldwell banker associate as soon as we opened the unit's door and wanted to move to a cleaner unit, but our call was ignored. No one returned my call and we ended up staying there for 2 nights. I have been dealing with coldwell banker for the past 10 years, but real disappointed with the last experience staying at this unit (1149 Herbert #B). I would not recommend anyone renting this unit.
