We spent five nights in the house. The location is great - very close to the California base of Heavenly. Reservation and check-in was easy and the CB staff is very responsive. The house works well for two families, and we could tell that it was recently remodeled. Two knocks: sparsly furnished kitchen and dirty covers on the beds (but bed sheets and towels were clean).

When we rented we were told that its good for 4 families because it has 4 bedrooms and one gameroom. But only two bedrooms were proper and had privacy. 3rd bedroom was a kid's room with one bunk bed and very small. 4th bedroom upstairs was an attic with two separate twin beds with attached toilet. Funny thing is you can't have a family stay there because its not a queen bed and there is no room to put two twins together. No extra comforters or pillows were available to accommodate 10 people as mentioned in the website.
Other than the bedroom experience house is neat and clean. It has huge backyard and nice front yard and my kids enjoyed playing in the snow filled yards. I will recommend this for two families with two pair of kids..If you want some privacy in your bedrooms then its not good for 4 families.

We loved this house. It was perfect for my group of adults and children. It is in a great location, comes with many needed amenities in the kitchen, Hot Tub, Game Room, Huge backyard, and the decor is beautiful. We loved it and hope to stay again.

House is very spacious and has a great big kitchen, big backyard with an enclosed spa, we really enjoyed our time there. It gets a bit hot upstairs but the rental agency was very accomodating and brought over 3 fans.
Would stay there again, very nice for the price!
