The townhouse is clean and well equiped with 3 good sized bedrooms which comfortably accomodates 6 people without using the living room space. The house is located in Tahoe keys which was quiet during the winter. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed cooking in each night and enjoying the fireplace and views of the marina and heavenly mountain. The fixtures and fittings are all clean, functional but the house is in need of minor upgrades to modernize. Be careful of the dead bolt on the front door there is no external access once locked. Overall we would rent this townhouse again.

Condo needs a deep cleaning. Houseboat "Francesca" with dogs using the dock as a restroom and then hosing the waste into the lake is unacceptable. So was their abusively loud party. We had to call home owners association and 911.No dumpster lid allowed dumpster divers to go through trash and collect cans.

Clean but living space is a little small. Heater is a little loud. Could use a facelift or remodel.

The condo was great. It's on the water, comfortable (pillows were a little tough) and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The BBQ looked brand new which was nice. Having stayed in the Keys before, this area was rather quiet and the people friendly. Minutes to the beach, pool and other amenities. One challenge - the parking. Not a lot of space and the parking lot had a lot of activity. Overall, the value for the price is worth a return.

My group of friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was nice and clean and we had a great view of the keys. Really a great place to relax and kick back.
No hassle service and the price was right.

Our rental experience went very smoothly. We had never rented a condo before and these accomodations were perfect. Being a party of 4 adults and 4 children, we all felt at home. Staying in the Keys was perfect, view of mountains & water.
It was a short ride to hills where we slid down in our rented discs & sleds. The condo was not quite as close to the Casinos as I had thought. But all in all we were very pleased with our accomodations.
