The staff at CB - Mckinney & Associates were very helpful and readily available for any questions or concerns. All of our requests were met and the rental far exceeded our expectations. The condo that we stayed at was well taken care of and felt very welcoming. We had a group of 8 (which is the maximum allowable at this particular property) and we all slept comfortably; there was ample space for all of us to dine and lounge around. The best part was waking up in the morning and having breakfast on the outdoor patio and enjoying the view (lake, boats, mountains and all). Tahoe keys is now my favorite place to stay when in South Lake Tahoe. I just left South Lake Tahoe three days ago and I'm already planning my next trip back.
Family vaction.
great location. Needs some updating. A king bed in master would be nice too. We were a bit unhappy that to use the pool cost $7 per person per day! For a family of 4 that cost us $28 just to use the pool. I feel if we are paying to rent the place the pool should be included or it should be a flat rate. We were there for a week and my kids would have loved to be in that pool every day but we only went twice. Plus it was not all that clean when we arrived. the floor was grimmy, and the kitchen dishes and pots were dirty. I think the dishwasher wasn't working very well. Otherwise the size and layout was pretty good for the 4 of us. And the balcony overlooking the boats comming in was really nice. we sat out at the end of the day and watched the boats come in. a little noisy but with 2 kids it was perfect as it masked out noise.

We loved the condo and the location. The accommodations were perfect. The only issue was the shortage of hot water when everyone showered. We staggered the showers for the remainder of the week and it worked out fine. We will definitely return in the future.

Condo had everything we needed to sleep comfortably and cook meals! It was nice to have shampoo, and laundry detergent available also. Great view out of the living room and master bedroom. Everything was clean and easy to use. A close walk to the pool and lake made it easy to walk vs. drive which was great! Only complaint would be that the front lower bedroom was really cold and the upper floor got too warm,, so a small heater for the downstairs room would help, then we could turn down the thermastat!

We arrived at 4: and found the key wouldn't work. Waited till 6: for locksmith
to arrive and replace lock.
Internet access was requested and took a week to get hooked up.
Townhouse is adequately furnished.
Location and slip are excellent.
Main level carpet needs replacement.
We stayed for a month and plan to repeat next August.
